The pork Slinzega produced from the most succulent part of the pork leg, has an irregular and extended shape. Its colour is pink and it has a delicate but tasty aroma.
Deer Slinzega is produced from the most succulent part of the venison & has an irregular and extended shape. Its colour is dark red and it has a tasty and wild aroma.
Alpi also produce Horse Slinzega which has a very strong taste & flavour, its also very dark in colour.
Beef "Slinzega" produced from the most succulent part of beef, It has an irregular form. The Slinzega has a really red colour, and has an aromatic aroma. It's produced according to the local traditions.
